Refund Policy
Jiwe IO facilitates transactions between users and creators but is not directly involved in the creation or delivery of goods and services. Therefore, refunds for purchases or contributions are primarily subject to the policies of the respective creator. Creators are expected to clearly outline their refund policies on their project pages or storefronts.
While Jiwe IO is not responsible for handling disputes between users and creators, we encourage users and creators to communicate openly to resolve any issues. If a dispute arises regarding a refund and cannot be resolved between the user and the creator, users may contact Jiwe IO support for assistance. In such cases, Jiwe IO may, at its discretion:
- Mediate: Facilitate communication between the user and creator to reach a resolution.
- Investigate: Review the transaction details and any relevant evidence provided by both parties.
- Suspend Account: Temporarily suspend the creator's account if there is evidence of fraudulent activity or a consistent pattern of unresolved refund disputes.
Jiwe IO reserves the right to make a final decision on the matter, which may include facilitating a refund through our payment processor if deemed necessary.
